The director of our Yoga Retreats is Yogi Dr. Amrit Raj, a 4th generation Ayurvedic Doctor and certified yoga 500 teacher with a deep commitment to helping people attain a balanced mind, body and spirit so that equilibrium can be established and optimal health and happiness can be achieved.

Once you arrive, we arrange everything for you, so that your focus is directed only for self-study.
All of the retreats have similar format, but obviously the two week yoga retreat goes deeper into self-analysis, since there is longer time to share our knowledge, digest it into yourself and put it into practice.
Remember, this is an ashram and wellness centre. During your Yoga Retreat we will try our best to help in your inner journey!
