#1- Vertical Wrinkles
Place the pinky, ring and heart fingers of both hands on the top of the forehead, just in the line where the hair begins. Then contract up and down the muscles of the forehead, accompanying this movement with the fingers. Repeat this ten times.
#2- Puff Up Your Cheeks
You puff up both your cheeks, shifting the air in the mouth 5 times from one cheek to the other. Then release air while making some small “O”. You should repeat this exercise 3 or 4 times.
#3- Tongue Stretcher
This silly pose is a fun way to stretch your tongue, cheeks and lips and flush toxins from around your eyes, which helps to reduce puffiness. To perform it just, open your mouth and jaw and stick out your tongue. Then, stretch your tongue downward toward your chin as far as you can. Hold until your eyes begin to water slightly.
#4- Surprise me Face
Look straight and raise your brows without narrowing them. The expression on your face should look as if you were surprised. Remain in this pose for 5 seconds. Repeat the exercise 5 times. This exercise not only smoothes your forehead wrinkles, but also has a soothing effect on your forehead.
#5- Fish Face
The Smiling Fish facial yoga pose is surely going to save you the money you spend on your monthly facials, as it aims to tone and firm up the muscles of your cheeks and lips. To perform this exercise, smile a bit pursing your lips, and then draw your cheek muscles inwards into the hollows. Hold on for 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
#6- Lion Face Pose
Sit up straight. Open your mouth and stick out your tongue completely towards your chin. Now inhale through your nose and exhale via your mouth while doing a sound. Pull your eyes wide open. Hold on for five to 10 seconds. Relax and repeat the sequence at least three times.
#7- Bye Bye Crow’s Feet!
This exercise works wonders to decrease unwanted lines around your eyes, also known as crow’s feet. Open your eyes wide, as if startled or scared. Pull your skin back while doing this exercise with the help of your hands.Repeat 10 times.
Facial yoga is the natural way to stay young on the outside, take care of the skin and strengthen the muscles of the face to have more beautiful features. Perform these exercises at least 3 days a week and in a short time you will begin to see the changes.
